1. Purpose of the Site

Ontario Connected is an independent platform advocating for sustainable transit, housing, and infrastructure development across Ontario. Content is for informational, educational, and advocacy purposes only.

2. User Eligibility

Users must be at least 16 years of age to register, in line with Google’s minimum age requirements in Canada.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Registration is optional but may be required to comment. By registering (including via Google Sign-In), you agree to provide accurate details and maintain confidentiality of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not post unlawful, defamatory, or offensive content.
  • Do not disrupt or damage the Site.
  • Do not use the Site for spam or fraudulent purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content is the property of Ontario Transit Vision. Sharing for educational or advocacy use is permitted with attribution.

6. Third-Party Services

The Site integrates third-party tools (e.g., Google Sign-In, analytics). Use of these services is subject to their respective policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ontario Connected is not responsible for damages, losses, or issues arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
